A multi-disciplinary property company in Coventry, with plans to grow its turnover by more than 400 per cent, is the latest FinditinCW member to use the website to help develop new areas of business.
The FPM Group (incorporating First Project Maintenance, and FPM M and E), which is based on the Charter Avenue Industrial Estate, has hired David Needham as Operations Director to help expand the business with plans for new jobs, more investment and an increase in contracts.
The Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce recommended that David register with the free business network to help promote the firm's mechanical and electrical division and keep abreast of relevant contracts in the region.
David Needham, Director of Operations at FPM Group said: “FinditinCW has proved to be a great success in helping us tap into potential contract opportunities in Coventry and Warwickshire and further afield.
“It is a fantastic, free resource for businesses across the patch and the breadth of the advertised contracts available means it is available to companies in all sectors.
“The website is central to the business community in the region has become the go-to place to find out about business events, opportunities and support that are available.
“We plan to quickly increase our turnover to £5 million in a short space of time, so we are especially excited to hear plans for FinditinCW events which will provide opportunities to collaborate with potential customers and win more work.”
FPM Group is a specialist in refurbishments and fit-outs but also undertakes projects in traditional hard services facilities management, such as heating and ventilation, building fabric maintenance, water services, and gas installation.

FinditinCW brings together Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership, the Growth Hub, Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce and the local authorities to give businesses access to private and public sector contracts and link-up buyers with suppliers across a variety of sectors.
The aim is to give local businesses a chance to win new contracts, find new business and post their own opportunities to source a local, cost-effective supplier. The Post an Opportunity function is easy to use and there is a short guide available to help you navigate through the simple steps.
As part of the new FinditinCW programme, the team are planning a series of ‘Meet the Buyer’ events that are designed to give members access to big buyers in regeneration, construction and more key sectors. The events aim to work with large contractors to procure and manage many smaller contractors, engaging a much larger and more diverse range of SMEs.
The exciting programme will also offer networking and exhibitor opportunities, one-to-one meetings, presentations, Q&A sessions and more.
You will be notified in due course about upcoming events so ensure you have given us permission to contact you in your 'Communication Settings' in your Dashboard.
