Following the completion of Stage 1 of the Investment Readiness Programme and subsequent 1:1 appointment, the workshops for Stage 2 begin on Thursday 15th February 2024. 

The Programme will be delivered by a combination of highly experienced finance specialists, high growth advisors, and investors. Leading the activities, will be Turnkey who have a team of experts that are used to developing high potential startups and helping them become scaleups.

They have a portfolio of ventures who have gone through the investment journey you are hoping to go on and have a wealth of connections to support you across whichever type of funding you are looking for.

Stage 2 participants will be part of a small cohort of 20 Coventry businesses, and support will be delivered via a combination of online workshops, 1:1s via Teams, and through a dedicated learning portal where you will have access 5 days-a-week to a forum through which you can share your knowledge, ask questions, and receive prompt expert advice. 

What topics will be covered in Stage 2?

1. Preparing to raise investment: Timing and type of funding.
2. Pitching for success: What to include in different pitches.
3. Forecasting the future: Knowing your numbers.
4. What do you offer investors? Valuing your business and demonstrating ROI.
