St Joseph Homes is a new brand under Berkeley Group plc: Launched specifically for residential-led regeneration in Birmingham & the West Midlands. Recent large-scale regeneration projects across Birmingham include Snow Hill Wharf and Glasswater Locks developments offering city-centre homes and public amenities. 

On 30 April 2025, St Joseph was formally appointed by Birmingham City Council as the development partner for the Ladywood Estate regeneration - a 20-year, £2.2 billion scheme covering around 146 acres, expected to deliver 7,000 homes (at least 20% affordable), green spaces, community facilities, and transport improvements.

Keepmoat is a leading partnership homebuilder. Sandwell Council and the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) have appointed top 10 housebuilder Keepmoat as their preferred developer to construct around 600 homes at the Friar Park Urban Village scheme in Wednesbury. At least 25% of the homes will be classed affordable.
