Mike joined Rigby in May 2017 to lead the future expansion of the Group’s growing national property portfolio.
With more than 25 years’ commercial experience in property acquisition, development, management, and investment, most recently with a regeneration specialist FTSE 250 company, Mike has extensive experience of strategic planning and delivery of large and complex regeneration schemes.
He was responsible for leading a diverse professional team delivering one of the largest regeneration mixed use schemes in the UK at Longbridge, Birmingham. He also had a strategic involvement in several other schemes which have seen the development of more than 2 million square feet of buildings and 1,000 homes. Mike has an interest in the opportunities and challenges affecting regeneration including national and local policy, strategic and political developments.
